Top 6 Automotive Trainees and apprentices announced as the finalists in the IMI Skills competition 2024
This years Automotive skills competition saw around 600 registrations from employers and training providers across the UK. The 1st stage online assessment brought through the top 84 apprentices and students to the National qualifiers.
A true test and showcase of practical skills, physical and mental resilience saw the qualifiers compete at some of the leading Automotive training facilities the UK has to offer. Across Body repair, Light vehicle technology, Paint refinishing and Heavy vehicle, the competitors overcame any initial nerves or obstacles in front of them to show us just how great the future talent Automotive has to offer is.
