About me…
Josh celebrated his birthday at the National Qualifiers at Volkswagen Group. Josh also built his own car!
Why I chose this job…
I really enjoyed working things out mechanically and that’s that I love about my job and drew me into the industry. My dad wanted me to have a trade so I choose this one.
My experience so far…
The NQs were brilliant, it was my birthday too! It really challenged me. I did things that I wouldn’t normally do like working on the gearbox. So far I’ve learnt not to be overwhelmed and to make sure you re-read everything.
Looking forward to…
I’m really looking forward to testing me level of ability, to see where I am and where I can improve. I’d definitely recommend it to others.
The future…
In the future I’d quite like to be a heavy vehicle mechanic.
