Executive Coaching

In the current economic climate, the varying demands placed upon today’s senior managers and directors are more challenging than ever. With internal and external stakeholders to answer to, often demanding ever increasing value, personal executive coaching helps individuals develop capability to deliver positive results. This course supports AMA Level 7. NOTE: This course is delivered on a one to one basis and therefore dates are agreed on an individual basis with delegates.

Course duration

15 guided learning hours made up of Private Study:3.5 hrs, Face-to-Face Coaching:7.5 hrs (5 x 1.5 hour workshops) and a Work-based Assignment:4 hrs

Senior managers and directors who need to initiate a substantial business change within their organisation or business unit.
