Delivering Business Results And Stakeholder Value

Being able to manage the often conflicting interests of stakeholders and still deliver business results is a key skill of an effective business leader. This module helps leaders understand the complex relationships that often impact the organisation, and also to focus at the wider business issues when needing to deliver improved business performance. This course supports AMA Level 7.

Course duration

18 guided learning hours made up of Private Study:4 hrs, Face-to-Face Workshops:8 hrs (2 x 0.5 day workshops) and a Work-based Assignment:6 hrs

Who is the course for?

Anyone who holds a senior position, where their role requires them to manage the influences and demands of internal and external stakeholder and interested parties. Typically, this would include directors and senior managers.

You will be able to: Develop a business strategy for their own organisation or business function. Identify key stakeholders and business partners who need to be aligned to the business. Develop influencing skills as a tool to improve managing stakeholders, partners and interested parties. Recognise ways to increase stakeholder value and returns.
