You will be able to: Identify ways of driving positive methods of working at all levels throughout the business. Personally influence strategies and plans that positively transform the business. Develop their own leadership style which inspires, aligns and empowers people to deliver. Demonstrate the appropriate values and ethical behaviours associated with modern business leadership.
