Developing A Strategic Focused Business
This module provides the forum for senior managers and directors to develop the skills and tools to lead and drive their business with greater strategic emphasis. Focusing on the bigger picture, delegates will combine learning about strategic business leadership with real issues they are currently experiencing in their own organisation. It will also allow senior managers and directors to develop a vision and a set of values which align and engage others to deliver. This course supports AMA Level 7.
