Effective recruitment and selection is the first step in creating a high performing team or organisation. This module provides practical; guidance, skills and tools when undertaking recruitment and selection. Delegates get practical experience of recruitment interviewing as the programme utilises ‘live’ scenarios with actors as candidates. This course supports AMA Level 5.
